My stay at Platinum Hotel Apartments was a mixed bag. The staff was super polite and helpful, making my experience more enjoyable. The location was great, close to shops and attractions like Qasr Al Hosn. However, I did face some maintenance issues, like a leaky fridge and inconsistent cleaning that dampened my overall experience.

My stay at Platinum Hotel Apartments was quite mixed. I loved the location right across from Qasr Al Hosn and the view from my studio apartment was lovely. However, there were several maintenance issues, such as a leaking fridge and limited equipment in the kitchen that could use some attention. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but some upgrades could definitely enhance the overall comfort.
