My stay at Platinum Hotel Apartments was a mixed bag. The staff was super polite and helpful, making my experience more enjoyable. The location was great, close to shops and attractions like Qasr Al Hosn. However, I did face some maintenance issues, like a leaky fridge and inconsistent cleaning that dampened my overall experience.
